The A slot of my Phase does not seem to detect the remote when I plugg it in. Well, it actually charges it, but it does not turn blue (stays white) like the right slot does when I put a remote in it.

If I need to calibrate by long pressing the A button, I have to also press at the same time the top of the remote when plugged in. I do not need to press strongly, only slitghly, but it does the job.

Is there a way to fix that?

I was wondering how do I assign my channels to my mixer?

Current : USB 1/2 and USB 3/4 on the mixer =>USB 1/2 and USB 7/8 (channel 4 on the mixer) how do I change this please?

The left platter on Serato is assigned to channel 2 on my mixer. I'd like to change this to channel 4 (USB 7/8) on my mixer.

How do I do that?
