Hi there,
The A slot of my Phase does not seem to detect the remote when I plugg it in. Well, it actually charges it, but it does not turn blue (stays white) like the right slot does when I put a remote in it.
If I need to calibrate by long pressing the A button, I have to also press at the same time the top of the remote when plugged in. I do not need to press strongly, only slitghly, but it does the job.
Is there a way to fix that?
